This is the Paris or London version, which has a push-back case with no screws. Paris and London models look very similar and are hard to tell apart. Both were limited to 5,000 pieces, making them very rare.
Cartier rarely made large gold watches like this, and their solid gold versions have become much more valuable. This watch has a vermeil (gold-plated) case and a standard white dial. The case is in good shape with only light wear, no dents or scratches, and original plating with no fading or re-plating. The back has minor scratches, and the serial number is clear. Overall, the watch is in very good condition.
The glass is original and scratch-free, which is rare. The band is external. This is a rare large-size vintage Cartier model.
